Recent, Current and Future Projects
- Host Candlelight ski around December Holidays at Rhinelander Community Trails
- Host Hodag Nordic Challenge High School Skate Race in early January at the Northwood Ski Trails
- Host Hodag Relays High School Sprint Races in mid-January at the Rhinelander Community Trails
- Support middle school and high school cross-country ski programs
- Help find resources for equipment and uniforms for the ski teams.
- Conduct a ski swap as a fund raiser for the middle school and high school cross-country ski programs
- Secure funding to install lights for night skiing at the Rhinelander Community Trails

What you can do to help
- Become a member or deposit the daily trail fee in the donation box at the Northwood Ski Trails trailhead. Trail grooming and equipment maintenance are expensive endeavors.
- Volunteer to help with our projects and events or to serve on the board of directors.
- Donate items on wish list
Support the Northwoods Nordic Ski Club by becoming a member. A membership form is located on the Club Forms page of this Website or on the backside of the trail maps found at the trailhead.
- $25 Standard Membership level
- $50 Friend of Ski Club
- $150 Sponsor a youth skier. Race fees and related cost amount to about $150 per skier. We have several youth skiers on our nordic ski team(s) and continue to have growing interest in our middle school program. Can you help?
